Kate mentioned how there is definite room for a sequel, which I agree. Will it be a bit hokey though because apparently they've killed Dracula? Who now would be sending books trying to reach that 'magical' 1453 number?

My first clever thought after finishing (which was about 30 minutes ago, so don't expect much) is that in this book, which is fraught with historians, THE historian of the title is Dracula himself. His 'diabolical library', as Rossi calls it, and the knowledge it contains is the most tempting and dangerous to our society. (Although maybe that's just the society of academia in which I'm currently residing.)

Anyway, more later after I ruminate more.
